HARDTHIN03 – Hard Powder Concrete

Product Description

Simple colored concrete is made from a mixture of water, white cement, color, ordinary sand and sand and has the same mechanical properties as construction concrete, with the only difference being its appearance and color. In simple colored concrete, colored sand and sand can be used instead of ordinary sand and sand. In industrial colored concrete, water, white cement and color are the same as simple colored concrete, and the difference is in the type of aggregates. These aggregates are made from hard materials and compounds with very high abrasion and pressure resistance along with industrial compounds. Industrial aggregates have abrasion and pressure resistance several dozen times higher than natural and ordinary sand, and for this reason, concrete composed of them is called abrasion-resistant and hard concrete.

Applications

Concrete flooring is mostly applied on concrete surfaces. Flooring is one of the most important discussions that is very significant due to the high cost spent annually on repairs, renovations and maintenance. And since time is one of the reasons for these problems that cause the destruction of the flooring, repair or closure of the workplace. Considering that production halls and warehouses are exposed to abrasion or collision with sharp objects as well as falling materials, concrete hardening flooring is recommended. The raw materials of anti-wear powders are made of very hard mineral and synthetic materials such as aluminum oxide and silica, etc. Regular granulation, which can be supplied in different colors along with cementitious and dispersant materials. These days, industrial hard concrete flooring has gained a lot of scope in the economy.
