Powdered hard concrete

Product description

It is a product that is prepared from hard mineral deposits and industrial slags along with cement and permitted additives through precise and controlled processes and according to international standards. This product is applied simultaneously with the floor concrete and finally a final coating with a thickness of 1 to 2 centimeters is obtained.
Hard concrete is produced from granules with a diameter of 0.075 to 10 mm and a hardness of 6 to 8 on the Mohs scale (Min Scale).

Uses

This product is used in the automotive industry, oil, gas, and petrochemical industries, steel and metal smelting industries, power plants, industrial factories, warehouses, parking lots, terminals and docks, subway and railway stations, airports, ports, cold stores and slaughterhouses, printing and packaging industries, textile industries, and military centers.

Benefits

The typical usage of BA115 concrete superplasticizer is between 0.3 and 0.8 percent by weight of cement (total cementitious materials). Amounts outside this range are permitted subject to field tests.
